Founded almost 40 years ago, the Istituto Europeo di Design present today in its four seats of Turin, Milan, Rome, Madrid and Barcelona, is the leading Italian private institute for the training of Designers.
IED training methodology combines the transmission of knowledge with a concrete approach towards the world of industry and towards the market. In all types of Courses, theory lessons are always flanked by creative brainstorming sessions, workshops and collaboration with important enterprises operating in each specific reference sector.
Technological innovations and didactic experimentation, expressiveness of messages and integrated communication, market problems and new professionalism : the key IED goal is to transfer to young professionals project and communication cultures which will accompany them throughout their entire career.

Take part in the initiative organised by IED Turin, you have the opportunity of c that will allow you to attend the three year post-graduate course in Graphics for free or take advantage of the discounts in attendance fees (with the exclusion of the course in Italian for foreigners)
If you have a high school certificate or are enrolled in the Fifth year of any higher education institution, and you are under 25 you may take part in the competition.
Carry out your work on the back of this postcard, either free-hand or by computer and send it back by the 30th of April 2003 – if you are Italian, the deadline is the 30th of March 2003 if you are foreign – . The works shall not be returned. Those who come up with the most creative products shall be called into our offices for a selection interview during which you may present other personal works. A telephone interview is envisaged for foreign students. Hope to hear from you soon and good work !
Graphic design
Graphic designers are « professionals in visual communication » : their role envisages the conception of communication tools and the creation of images and languages which might convey messages and values. Our courses include the possibility of cross cultural activity in areas such as : « new digital media » ; « corporate identity » ; editorial graphics.
